DigitalMallNow is a catalog of digital products: e-books, courses, apps and resources. Some products are our own and others are offered as an affiliate. The purchase, payment and delivery of each product are managed through Hotmart, a third-party payment and delivery platform.

3. Products and delivery

All products are digital. After payment is confirmed on Hotmart, you receive the download link or the corresponding access by email, immediately or within the timeframe indicated for each product.

4. Payments

Payments are processed directly on Hotmart. DigitalMallNow does not store card data or handle charges. Payment, currency and tax conditions depend on Hotmart and the buyer's region.

5. Affiliate products

Part of the catalog consists of affiliate links. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Recommendations are based on product quality and usefulness, not on the commission.

6. Warranty and refunds

Each product's warranty and refund policy is defined by Hotmart and the producer. When a product offers a 7-day guarantee, you can request a refund by writing to Hotmart within that period.

7. Intellectual property

Site content (text, design, brand) belongs to DigitalMallNow or its licensors. Sold products keep their author's license; unauthorized resale or reproduction is not allowed.

8. Limitation of liability

DigitalMallNow is not responsible for the content, operation or results of third-party products. Responsibility for each product lies with its producer and with Hotmart.

We may update these terms at any time. The update date at the top indicates the current version.
